Halo 3

If you wanted to ask me what is my example of a truly perfect game I will say outright it is Halo 3. Now I know many of you are probably gaping mouth wide open at this comment. Others are full of fury as they turn to the reviewing Gods who said Halo 3 is great, but not epic. They are wrong. Halo 3 is the epitome of epic. I thought of all possible ways a game can appease the player and Halo works extremely well in almost all categories.

Let me start with story in which Halo 3 excels in. Sure legendary isn’t as hard as the one in the pas games, but in truth just the fact that this was the end of the story made it bound to greatness. The fact that you wanted to see the end of the story of Master Chief fueled you on as you trekked through Cortana’s annoying voice.

Second way a game can satisfy is through multiplayer. Multiplayer system in halo works fine. I have never played in any game where playing in a quarter of a screen is as natural as the one on halo. All the physics and the levels culminate to a situation where a good game and good game play will make the game look beyond great. It would make the game look perfect.

Now game play is an important part and this is where halo screws up. You see before halo 3 we were romanticized with the fighting system from halo 2. My trusty BR never left my side as I fought my way through in halo 2. Now in halo 3 I find myself being confused on whether I should pick up an assault rifle or just a sniper. Also what happened to my dear needler! Now the weapon has become so cheap I consider it the new noob combo of halo 3.

Lastly what makes a game extremely fun are the intangibles. Which halo 3 has a crucial one. It is called forge. Forge has taken Halo 3 and turned it into the diamond it is today. I have played maps in which I had so much fun I considered this fun to outmatch the fun I would’ve normally had playing the regular created matches. This is because halo gives so much freedom game wise and stage wise that the concept of an ever changing world is completely true for halo. It is ever changing and as you go on you will see game fads and trends go and pass by. Even the theater is a marvel as it will allow you to watch your victories over and over again.

Halo has so many things write you can’t even say anything against that one small issue I made about it. If you disagree with this truthfully I don’t care. This is because I play halo 3 all the time and know first hand how epic the game is. Maybe you should wonder more on why you’re not having fun instead of commenting on how terrible my review is. Halo is a masterpiece and anyone who says otherwise deserves to be shunned. Halo 3= perfection.
